2. Scope of Warranty
2.1 In accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, Harvia offers 2-year warranty on their heater. Components used within our saunas are carefully selected, high-quality branded products. Consumer unit, light switch, light housing are covered by their respective 2-year manufacturer warranties. The hinge system and door roller catch system are covered by a 1-year warranty, provided they are properly maintained. Due to their placement and exposure to the elements, these components require regular care, including lubrication at least once every two months (monthly maintenance is recommended). We recommend using WD-40 or a similar suitable lubricant to help ensure smooth operation and longevity. We select trusted suppliers and reputable brands to ensure long-term reliability and performance throughout your sauna experience. The warranty begins on the date of commissioning.
