Warranty
Saunity Sauna Pod: 1-Year Limited Warranty.
1. Definitions
1.1 Manufacturer & Installer – Saunity.
1.2 Product – A Saunity Sauna Pod manufactured and installed by Saunity.
1.3 Customer – The person or business who has purchased the Product directly from Saunity. for personal or commercial use.
1.4 Defect – A manufacturing or installation fault that prevents the Product from being used as intended.
2. Scope of Warranty
2.1 Saunity provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery and installation.
2.2 This warranty covers defects in materials, craftsmanship, and installation that arise under normal use.
2.3 The method of repair or replacement will be at the sole discretion of Saunity.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
a) Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow usage and care instructions.
b) Damage resulting from external factors, including fire, flood, vandalism, accidents, or extreme weather.
c) Natural and expected characteristics of wood (e.g., knots, tone variations, shrinkage/expansion due to humidity and temperature changes).
d) Normal wear and tear, including weathering of exterior materials.
e) Modifications, repairs, or alterations carried out by anyone other than Saunity or an approved partner.
f) Issues arising from failure to provide a suitable foundation or correct electrical supply as specified in Saunity installation requirements.
4. Third-Party Equipment
Heaters, lighting systems, and other third-party components supplied with the Pod are covered under the warranties of their respective manufacturers. Saunity may support customers in making such claims.
5. Warranty Claims
5.1 Customers must notify Saunity immediately upon discovering a defect.
5.2 Claims should include:

Order number or invoice reference

Address where the Product is located

Description of the defect with supporting photos
5.3 Claims must be submitted to contact@saunity.com
5.4 Saunity will review claims within 14 days and confirm the next steps.
6. Final Provisions
6.1 This warranty does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights under UK law.
6.2 Saunity shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the Product.
6.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
