Saunity Sauna Pod: Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with Saunity ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Description
-
Saunity Sauna Pods are handcrafted in Cornwall from high-quality wood, designed for durability and a premium sauna experience.
-
The interior wood is left untreated to preserve the natural scent and health benefits of the sauna environment.
-
The exterior wood should be treated annually after the first year of use with a suitable weather-resistant wood oil or preservative to prevent moisture damage and weathering.
-
Each Pod is equipped with a Harvia heater or equivalent, designed for safe and efficient performance.
-
Due to the natural properties of wood, variations in tone, grain, and knots may occur and are not considered defects.
2. Ordering and Payment
-
A deposit of 75% is required at the time of order to confirm production.
-
The remaining balance of 25% is due upon successful installation of the sauna pod, and no later than 3 working days after installation.
-
Late payment may result in interest charges and suspension of warranty coverage until full payment is received.
-
Custom orders or add-ons may require additional payment terms, confirmed in writing.
-
Accepted payment method: bank transfer.
