Unlike most pods on the market, Saunity Sauna Pod is insulated, ensuring maximum heat retention and energy efficiency while keeping the exterior comfortable to touch. Performance & Recovery
The Saunity Sauna Pod comes equipped with a Harvia electric heating system and premium lava stones as standard, delivering deep, consistent warmth that supports both recovery and relaxation. The stones store and release heat efficiently, creating an even, comfortable sauna experience every time. Thanks to the Pod’s insulated 14cm thick dual-cavity wall system, the compact Harvia heater can reach temperatures of up to 90 °C, providing a truly authentic sauna session.

Every Saunity Sauna Pod is built around a 14cm thick, multi-layer, fully insulated wall system. Rather than relying on a single layer of timber to provide the structure, insulation and external protection, our wall construction uses carefully considered layers, each serving a specific purpose.
The result is a highly insulated sauna environment designed to retain heat, improve thermal efficiency and create the warm, enveloping atmosphere that makes a sauna so enjoyable.

The Saunity Sauna Pod is built with the high quality materials, chosen for their durability, performance, and timeless style. At its core is the Finnish Thermowood, renowned for its natural beauty, exceptional stability, and resistance to the elements. This sustainably sourced timber forms the foundation of a Pod that is as strong as it is elegant. Every detail is considered, right down to the fixtures. The exterior is fitted with a 316 marine-grade stainless steel light (Sauna Pod Classic / Pod View / Pod Plus only), ensuring lasting performance even in coastal environments, where salt and moisture can quickly wear down lesser materials. These premium components make the Saunity Sauna Pod a product that not only looks outstanding but is built to last.
Efficiency
The Saunity Sauna Pod is built for outstanding efficiency, thanks to its insulation system. Unlike many pod designs on the market, every Saunity Sauna Pod is insulated, allowing it to retain heat exceptionally well. The Sauna Pod Classic and Sauna Pod Mini come standard with a compact 4.5 kW Harvia electric heater, the Sauna Pod View is equipped with a 6 kW heater while Sauna Pod Plus is equipped with 6.8kW heater. All models are capable of reaching temperatures of up to 90 °C. We’ve made a conscious design choice: our Pods are built to heat the right way, not the fastest way. Some modern saunas focus on blasting hot air quickly, but in doing so they sacrifice what makes a Finnish sauna truly special. In a traditional sauna, it’s the stones that absorb, store, and release the heat, creating a deep, even warmth. We allow around 50-60 minutes for the sauna to heat ensuring the lava stones reach their optimal temperature, setting the stage for an authentic, restorative, and unforgettable experience.

What's not included in the base price
The electrical connection from the Customer’s consumer unit to the Pod installation site is not included in the standard price of the Saunity Sauna Pod. This is due to variations between properties and site-specific requirements, which prevent a fixed cost from being provided in advance. Saunity Ltd. partners with Shiney Electrical Ltd., trusted and certified installer, to deliver safe, high-quality electrical installation at your home. The cost of running the appropriate power supply from the consumer unit to the Pod location will be determined following a site survey.
To ensure your Saunity Sauna Pod is ready to go, you’ll need to provide a strong, level base measuring at least 165cm x 215cm (Sauna Pod Classic / View), 224cm x 215cm (Pod Plus) or 180cm x 165cm (Pod Mini), capable of supporting a total weight of 500kg (Pod Mini), 600 kg (Pod Classic / Pod View) or 900kg (Pod Plus) - excluding occupants.
Please note: the base and power supply are an additional cost for the customer.
Optional Extras
Heater Upgrades: Saunity Sauna Pods are supplied as standard with a Harvia manually operated electric heater. For those seeking enhanced features, including smart-controlled heaters, upgrade options are available. Pricing to be confirmed at the point of quotation, based on the selected model and specifications.
Saunity Branding: Every Saunity Sauna Pod comes with subtle Saunity branding both inside and outside as standard. However, if preferred, you may opt for a completely unbranded finish at no additional cost. This option allows your Pod to remain entirely neutral, blending seamlessly into its surroundings without visible logos or markings.
Warranty
In accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, Harvia offers 2-year warranty on their heater. Components used within our saunas are carefully selected, high-quality branded products. Consumer unit, light switch, light housing are covered by their respective 2-year manufacturer warranties. The hinge system and door roller catch system are covered by a 1-year warranty, provided they are properly maintained. Due to their placement and exposure to the elements, these components require regular care, including lubrication at least once every two months (monthly maintenance is recommended). We recommend using WD-40 or a similar suitable lubricant to help ensure smooth operation and longevity. The warranty begins on the date of commissioning. Mix & Match Your Colours— £279
Your customisation doesn't have to stop at choosing one colour. You can combine different finishes across your Sauna Pod to create contrast and a truly bespoke appearance. For example, one colour can be applied to the side walls and trims, while a contrasting colour is used on the front and rear cladding. For a more subtle approach, you can keep the main Thermowood cladding in its natural or clear-oiled finish and choose a contrasting colour only for the trims. This creates definition and visual contrast while allowing the natural timber to remain the dominant feature.
